Romantic Hotel Surprises

Peak dates (weekends, holidays) sell out 3-4 weeks in advance, we only take 1-2 setups per day.

We're based in Barcelona and Mallorca, but we travel throughout Catalonia, Aragon, Valencia, and Murcia. If you're planning something special outside these regions, reach out and we'll make it happen.

STEP 1: Book Your Stay
Reserve your hotel room or Airbnb in Barcelona or Mallorca independently. We transform any accommodation into your romantic sanctuary.

STEP 2: Choose Your Package & Reserve
Select your experience and secure your date with a 50% deposit.

STEP 3: Final Payment
Complete remaining balance 1 week before your setup date via our secure invoice link.

STEP 4: Check In & Grant Access
After checking in, simply add our decorator's name (provided in advance) to your room reservation at the front desk.

STEP 5: We Transform Your Space
Our decorator collects the key and creates your romantic setup in 2.5-3 hours. You'll receive photos/video upon completion. Room key remains in your room.

STEP 6: Create Your Memory
Walk into a breathtaking surprise. The moment is yours to treasure forever.

You must check into your hotel room first. Your hotel will require a physical copy of your ID and credit card upon arrival, which is why we can not check into your hotel for you. We will provide you with room key instructions the day before your setup. Once you've checked in, you will add our decorator's name to your reservation and will leave a copy of the room key for one the decorator's.  Your decorator will show the front desk their ID, which will allow them access to your room. The duplicate key will be left in your room after set-up. Your decorator will be in contact with you throughout the setup.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ADD A NAME TO YOUR RESERVATION,  no  worries, we can always meet you at the hotel and pick up the room key from you. We're very flexible and want to pull off your surprise. We've done this a thousand times and we've got you covered!

No. We prefer our clients to not be present. We want to maximize the space and time to set up your beautiful romantic surprise. 

It takes approximately 2.5- 3 hours to set up. This will allow time for the decorator to set up your beautiful, romantic and memorable surprise!

We will need your room number the day of your set-up. We will text you the day before with room key instructions. Please let us know your room number after you check in.

Yes! We offer a split payment as long as you book at least 3 weeks before your desired date. To reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit (this will go towards your total balance). The remaining balance is paid 1-week before your date.
